Passionate about golf, Mitch created and co-hosts the nationally syndicated weekly TV show, "Hooked on Golf." He was born, raised, and educated in San Francisco and is a 20-year veteran of the local sports media. He lives with his family in San Mateo where he is involved in coaching youth sports.
Thoughts:
To me, the two eyes on the unpainted mask looked like golf bunkers, so I decided to incorporate them into a "golfy" theme. The resulting mask is a golf hole of only 96 yards, that is down wind and downhill. The shot has to be hit over water to a green with a diabolical pin placement. It's a par-7 hole that takes a half an hour! (My underlying subliminal message is for golf course designers to ease up on handicaps.)
