The work of Mr. Breger, a professional artist, has been shown in museums and galleries, mostly in the San Francisco Bay Area, for the past 30 years. He has had major one-man exhibitions at San Francisco's De Young Museum and the Palace of the Legion of Honor. Born and raised in New York, he saturated himself with art in that city's great museums and galleries. After serving in the army, he moved to the West Coast, first to Washington State and then, in 1950, to San Francisco.
