As the Special Events Coordinator for VNA & Home Hospice in the North Bay Region, Ms. Gummer actively supports the agency mission. She feels very rewarded by helping provide comfort and compassionate care to people, and their families, as they face the end of life.

This mask design is about trusting God. The scripture about faith comforts me when I question things that happen. I dedicate this mask to my dear friend, Augie Maugg, who passed away in April 1999 of a brain tumor. He left his lovely wife, Bronagh, who was eight months pregnant. Their sons, Liam and Hugh, were born in May. I hope that faith in God comforts them and their mother throughout their lives.
