Thoughts….

My mask design was inspired by abstract artist David Park’s figurative work of the 1950’s and 60’s. I wanted to do something in an Abstract Expressionist style with bold colorful strokes and thick layers of paint. This loose style was very hard for a ‘stay between the lines’ graphic artist, such as me. It took several attempts to loosen up enough to accomplish the end result, which only added to the final texture.
