Evelyn Lee creates art pieces inspired by ancient cultures and emphasizes Asian and Egyptian design. Her contemporary interpretations of the traditional kimono have been displayed at the San Francisco Design Center and her commissioned works decorate and complement the modern interiors of Benihana's of Tokyo restaurant in Chicago.

Thoughts:

My mask design, entitled "Cleopatra Reborn," is embellished with a variety of decorative accents, including ceramic pieces, stained glass, gold and copper leaf, acrylic paints, cords, brocade and faux jewels.
